“bi xu” is mandatory.
“dei3(得)” is more euphemistic and implies that you bear some reponsilities.
For instance, “ni bi xu qu shui jiao”.The speaker must be very angry.
“ni de qu shui jiao”. The speaker cares about you so hope you may have a nice rest.
