hello, whats the difference between ‘mai bu qi’ and ‘mai de qi’ ?

How do i say “deep” in chinese? for example: the swimming pool is very deep?

mǎi bù qǐ = can’t afford

mǎi de qǐ = can’t afford

Deep in Chinese is “shēn”

yǒu yǒng chí hěn shēn = The swimming pool is very deep
