And you mean “how”. not"who" in the beginning of your question, right? I guessed.
For the past tense, we can say"wo quan shen dou bu shu fu le"
“le” in Chinese indicates past tense, and also, we always put the past time there to show that it already passed.
Eg:zuo tian, wo quan shen dou bu shu fu.
meaning: i was sick yesterday.
zuo tian= yesterday
