Hello everyone, welcome to Bennysland. I am Benny, your Mandarin teacher. In today's micro-class I will teach you a very important word which is “when”, in Chinese we say “shénme shíhou”, “shénme shíhou.” We put it in the beginning of the sentence or after the subject.
For example:
“Nǐ shénme shíhou qù Shànghǎi?" or
“Shénme shíhou nǐqù Shànghǎi?”
Which means “When will you go to Shanghai?”
By the way, “qù” means “to go”.
