Abstract : We all hate receiving it in the mail... but alas, they keep coming back like an overcast day, but with an overcast day, there is still a chance the wind will blow it away. Unfortunately, the bills don't. To avoid any unwanted fines or worse still, early morning visits on a Sunday morning, make sure you learn this experience to avoid any sudden blackouts or cold running showers!
