Very practical as Chinese people do talk often about weather. But the lesson is not easy since you included too many new words I think… still, good selection!

I’ve got one question, I remember while in China I used too use: (I’m not sure I’m spelling it right in pinyin) “tai jjuo” meaning “very hot” and I don’t remember people using “hen re”. Well it’s probably just me, but i thought it’s worth asking. Thanks!

Hey. Sergiu Turcanu. Good question.

First, if you want to say “very hot” which means the temperature. you can say
“tai re” and i can not figue out the"jjuo". could you give me one more example? i guess if you want to say the food is over cooked. (so it is very hot) you would say"tai jiao".

But ,remember.our team is always glad to hear the different saying, so we can discuss about it together. Thank you for joining us. looking forward to hearing from you .

Laoshi, how do you say the following in Chinese: windy day, snowy day?

What about when the temperature is minus 15 degrees? How do you say it?

China is using Celsius for degrees, right? Am just clarifying it because there are countries when they use degree for temperature it could mean degree(s) Fahrenheit.

One more thing, Laoshi. I keep on forgetting the expression when one wants to know how something is said in Mandarin. Please, teach me. Xiexie, laoshi.
