I don’t really get the use of mei wenti, could you give an example in a dialogue?
What is the question when mei wenti is the answer?

Just a little thing that Benny didn’t hint out:
Although 不 is falling tone, it acts as a rising tone when it precedes a falling tone. So like 不客气(bú kè qi)。
